Forsthoff-After Lang-SD

"After Lang" is built around a repeating four-measure rhythmic motive that composer David Lang used in a number of pieces written between 1999 and 2002, most notably in the first movement of his percussion quartet "the so-called laws of nature". I have taken Lang's underlying rhythmic sequence and embellished it with complex rudimental figures.
