The Tank of Snare Drum Stands

To quote my beginning band kids, "Dang! This thing is a tank!" I ordered three of these, and after setting them up our other stands look puny. I love the wide base, and the hardware looks like it could survive an apocalypse! These are working great for kids over 5'2", but if you have a bunch of smaller kids, you may want to pick something shorter. I'm 5' even and I had to tilt it quite a bit to play comfortably.

Wide base

Comments:

We bought this to use for our snare drums and for our brake drum. Love the wide base. Nice and solid, and the students don't tip it over! It is a little high for your shorter 6th graders, but you can angle it to make it easier for them to play.
