Great pad

Comments:

So easy to play, I'll be working a little harder when I play drums. I like the nature gum side.

Worst Pad ever

Comments:

This is the worst pad on the market. I mainly bought this for late night playing, but, this isn't quiet at all. The new Evans Realfeel is completely different than the old HQ Realfeel pad. The gray side of the Evans Realfeel is n't quiet at all. It's about 40db., which is like someone talking to you, and nothing like the old HQ pad. The back side is even worse. It's made out of recycled plastic/neoprene and sounds like crap. Rolls on the back side create a squeaky noise which irritates anyone near you. The worst part about the Evans Realfeel is the wood that connects the two sides. It's just recycled cardboard. If you drop it, it splinters.
