The case I ordered is exactly what I needed and I'm quite happy with it. The only reason this review is not a "5", is the lack of communication between Steve Weiss and Humes & Berg. There was no tracking number issued, so I called 11 days after I placed my order and the sales rep at Steve Weiss indicated that it had not been shipped yet. No one could tell me why not, or what the status was. In all, the entire purchase to shipment only took about 2 weeks, which is certainly reasonable, but the uncertainty of not knowing when something will arrive until it is on your doorstep seems unreasonable these days where competing companies can tell the buyer every step of the process of receiving ordered goods. Not necessarily blaming Steve Weiss here. I've dealt with Humes & Berg before and my previous experience with them was also a crapshoot, but they have little to no competition for the kind of cases they build.
