These guys get it. My first order required a return, due to an error on my part, and S.W.'s associates made the return and refund process easy and efficient. They have always responded to my phone and email messages and spent more time than I would expect, speaking with me and helping to find sources for items which had been difficult to locate. My recent purchase of a kick case was handled very quickly, and I am very satisfied with both the item and their friendly assistance.
