Comments:

This stick has a more forward balance that I enjoy. A small shoulder and more body give this stick the "beef" I want, but still maintain a moderate head/bead size for ride time. I love this stick.

I ordered 12 pairs (and 4 weeks later, I'm still waiting for 8 pairs on backorder...). The 4 pairs that I DID receive all felt really good and evenly matched. However, 3 pairs were tapered differently on the butt of the stick. They have a round taper rather than a flat taper. The balance point also feels slightly further back than the older style. Both styles feel great but I personally prefer the older style because it feels better. I wonder if the style change has backed up Innovative Percussion's shipments.
