Great mallets, but Soft

Comments:

I've always loved she-e Wu's mallets, but you should have to take a year to "break-in" your mallets. Out of the box, these mallets sound almost the same as the softest mallet of the series. After a few months to a year of use, you'll start to hear the differences in sound.

Just like they said

Comments:

As mentioned below, not really hard mallets. However, they are really good for pieces that are mostly loud because their softness will be easier on the ears.

NOT hard.

Comments:

While these are great mallets if you're looking for something with a soft warm sound, they are not nearly as hard as the name would suggest. Also, they are quite long, which I was not expecting!

Hmmmm

Comments:

Has a real warm sound. It does have attack only when you increase the velocity of the stroke. They don't actually sound like hard marimba mallets, but they're great. These mallets are pretty light as well. All around good mallet.
