JGPercussion Wrapped Solo Xylophone Mallets

I really wanted these to be better than what I ended up getting I guess I'll start by saying that the wrap itself was very uneven across both mallets, like there was a pretty significant size difference and sound difference. Then when it came to the durability if the cord used to wrap these it started to Frey and even come unraveled very quickly. The bottom half of the mallet head didn't seem to be tied off super well. Once i rewrapped these they seemed to work pretty well. Nice thick durable rattan, i really enjoy that aspect to it. Overall, i did end up getting use out of them because i had to rewrap them but def feel like i shouldn't have had to rewrap them you know?
