KAT KTMP1 Multipad Percussion Module - Product Information

The KAT KTMP1 Percussion Module is the quick and easy solution to expand any setup. Playable with hands or sticks, this single module adds electronic drum, dance, and percussion sounds immediately to your fingertips.

This compact and affordable module features 50 high-quality, fully-adjustable, multi-purpose sounds. Sounds can be tuned, panned and assigned to one of the four highly-responsive pads. Additionally, you can fine-tune reverb, sensitivity and level control to shape every sound to perfectly suit your needs.

The KAT ktmp1 is a great addition to any drum set, percussion rig, DJ set-up and is also the perfect tool for laying down studio tracks.

Can be expanded into mini-drumset by using the included additional inputs for hi-hat controller pedal and bass drum trigger (both sold seperately).

Kat KTMP1 Multpad

Comments:

KAT Multipad is compact and easy to use. The playing surface is very hard, and doesn't feel at all like a real drum. The sounds that are programmed into it are ok, but the USB port allows this device to be use with a computer, so it is possible to find many more sounds. I am currently using the Multipad in an orchestra pit along with my Mallet Kat Grand and various other percussion instruments. Because the Multipad and pedals are so compact, I am able to play set and percussion without taking up the entire pit. It also makes it easier to reach everything.
