Not bad, but...

Comments:

Needed to build a percussion setup for a theater gig and I based it on the Liberty One product line. Not bad, but I needed to add proper lock washers and Loctite to get a setup where I was confident the posts wouldn't slip. The rubber washers the system ships with are baffling. -What's the point of vibration dampening a post that's not secure? Maybe someday a company will go to hexagon posts instead of round, or maybe a high end marine hardware company will take up percussion. Until then keep your tool bag handy to remedy under-engineered parts and fittings.

Its hip to be square (?)

Comments:

These bars are the basis for all sorts of wonderful adaptations to mounting systems. I plan on using two long bars to hold a set of extension tubular chimes. I am also planning some mounting racks to hold stick and mallet trays. I have not tried them with electronic drum components but it looks like they would work very well to attach brains and various triggers. I plan to use them with Roland Handsonics, Korg Wavedrums, and SPD pads. The possibilities are really open ended.
