Comments:

I already had a larger cowbell, so I got this for my setup mostly for the tambourine, and figured if I needed to also buy a mount might as well get a cowbell too since it's pretty affordable. I had a bit of trouble fitting the cowbell onto the mounting rod- either the rod seemed a bit to big or the cowbell slot was a bit too small. The clamp was open all the way so it wasn't that. The gripping is a little worn down from me trying to force it on, but it seems pretty steady. Note- the tambourine is not meant to be handheld, as the mount makes it uncomfortable to hold. The cowbell doesn't really blend that great into my setup, though that's pretty specific to me. It also doesn't seem as high quality as some of the other LP products (I currently use the LP Mambo Cowbell), but it does the job just fine. Expectedly, playing the cowbell causes the tambourine to jingle. I have a cymbal attached on top of the stand this is mounted too, and sometimes playing the cymbal disturbs the tambourine as well, though it's not very noticeable. I was honestly surprised by how little playing the cymbal affected the tambourine. Overall though, great quality product. From what I can tell, the tambourine isn't breaking anytime soon and sounds great, and that's mostly what I bought this for. For me, I mainly saw this purchase as a tambourine with a cowbell thrown in. I would recommend this to anyone looking to affordably add a mounted tambourine to their setup and new cowbell as well.
