The LAC21SS Ludwig Atlas Classic Snare Stand features Ludwig's gearless infinite angle tilter and low contact basket grips that improve drum resonance. Like all the stands in the Ludwig atlas classic series the LAC21SS features the Acculite Sustain Feet. These dual slotted feet allow you to overlap the flat base stands while at the same time improving isolation between your instrument and the floor. This lets the true sound of the drum come through.

A terrific Stand

This is a modern update of a classic Ludwig snare stand. The design reminds me of the first Atlas stand I had in 1970. This adjusts to a great number of angles and is very stable. I highly recommend this stand.

Buy this now! If you are looking at this then you want a snare stand that is reasonably light, highly adjustable, SOLID, and easy to deal with. This is it. I've owned them all.....and this is the best one. I sit low and have a little jazz kit....this sucker can go so low its almost on the floor.......but it can also convert to a normal and high stand as well. Yeah, its not as light as super thin vintage stuff but I can tell this will last forever and the angles you can get are amazing. And of course Steve Weiss is the best place to buy it. Great price, SUPER fast delivery. Buy it NOW you won't regret it. I also own the classic cymbal stand it and its just as amazing. I guess the HH stand is my next purchase.
