Each drum undergoes precise construction, featuring 45-degree bearing edges with a 1/8" radius round over, ensuring a flat surface for proper head seating. A bladder mold and specialized adhesive facilitate even shell curing, resulting in exceptional strength to withstand intense tuning pressures.
