The MEINL PAV12AB-M-TF is their new Vented Jingle Pandeiro. It features their new True Feel synthetic head and comes with perforated brass jingles. These hand hammered brass jingles offer great clarity with a tight, dry sound. The PAV12AB-M-TF also features MEINL's internal tuning system making this frame drum especially light and comfortable.
