Best for long use and projection

Comments:

The Meinl fiberglass seems to be the standard in Latin music performing since it is lightweight and projects well. The rubber edging has to be removed for the best protection so it would be nice if Meinl found a way to protect the edge without affecting sound. It beats the LP plastic model in weight and sound by far and can be played for a whole show with less fatigue.
