Orfaly-Improvvisato Contrasto-4T - Product Information
Improvvisato Contrasto by Alex Orfaly is the first place winner of the 2010 Percussive Arts Society Competition Contest. This timpani solo is similar to Orfaly's "Rhapsody No. 2" in that it is intended to be performed as if being improvised. Written for four timpani, this piece is approximately 12 minutes long.
