It broke after playing 15 mins

Comments:

I use a Gibraltar click pad and purchased the wood beater so I could get the clicky sound through my mike. I did get the desired effect. However after 15 mins of playing. These things broke in half. They are very expensive and apparently not worth it at all. Very disappointed with this purchase .
