JG by Perennial Percussion P3 Ball-Wrapped Soft Timpani Mallets - Product Information
The Perennial Percussion Soft Timpani Mallet P3 mallets feature a ball-wrap with high quality soft German felt over a cork core. This mallet has been designed with professional details using a slender diameter carbon fiber shaft and a JGpercussion grip to resemble the feel of a German ball-stick design.
Hand stitched felt wrap is tightly pulled over the cork core providing a warm full sound that can be confidently used for rolls on all ranges of the drums. The carbon fiber shaft has a slightly extended length to give a nice balance and is convenient for quick moves between drums while playing rolls.
