Piazzolla-Libertango arr. Omori-M - Product Information
Libertango by Astor Piazzolla has been arranged as a marimba solo by Kana Omori. The title is a portmanteau word created by Piazzolla with "Libertad" (meaning liberty in Spanish) and "Tango." Because he was not in favor of the politics in Argentina at that time and wanted to have a fresh start as a musician after suffering with heart muscle infarction, he went to Italy and composed this piece in 1974. This piece was a trigger for him to have a flourishing career as a musician in Europe.
