The Promark 5A Oak sticks are perfect for what I do! I play a wide range of styles and need a stick that can be versatile and durable -- the Oak 5AW is just that. The weight and length is great for playing loud rimshots/backbeats and playing softer ghost notes or technical ride cymbal patterns. The Oak construction makes the sticks last longer and the physical texture of this type wood feels great in my hands.
