The best blasticks on the market

Comments:

After trying several other models of various brands, on a number of settings (rock, jazz, pop, r&b,etc), this plastic brushes really perform the best, and last in good shape for a long time (obviously if you use more of a whip motion rather than a "dig in" motion, in other words, not as sticks) just be careful when playing the hi-hats, my suggestion is to play more on top of the cymbal than on the edge without the hi-hats being too tight for still good sound response and volume, because that's what causes the most damage to this plastic material. The hairs are not too stiff, giving a fatter back beat for pop, rock or r&b like when you hear Steve Gadd playing with brushes. The flexible handle, really feels good on your hand grip, and the rubber ring around the plastic hairs allows you to adjust the sound therefore the response and feel. Very useful for acoustic gigs, just choose more responsive (thinner and brighter) cymbals if you are playing solely acoustic.
