Rock Band Drum Stick Upgrade Package - Product Information

Tired of not getting the most out of your Rock Band drumming experience? Tired of hearing the loud noise of the sticks hitting the pads? Tired of not having real drum sticks designed for the different styles of music? The answer is in this Rock Band Drummers Upgrade Kit that will give you the edge over all your friends and add to the real life experience of playing drums in your favorite band.

Enhanced Game Play
This Upgrade Kit includes a pair of Black Rock drum sticks that are perfect to use when playing any Rock or Heavy Metal song in the game. Also included is a pair of White Travis Barker Signature drum sticks that should be used when playing Pop or Alternative songs in the game.

Silent Tips
Along with the two pair of real drum sticks is a package of 3 pair of specially made rubber tips that are designed to place over the tips of your drum sticks. These tips allow a far better feel when playing as well as the fact that playing will now be silent.......no more annoying "ticky tap" sound on the pads. A great alternative to the Gum Rubber Drum Pad Mod, because you don't need to alter your original gear in any way.

This drum stick package was put together by Steve Weiss Music and has no affiliation with the Rock Band Video Game.

real drums sticks are for real drums, not toy drum

Comments:

1. The sticks themselves are ok, but they are longer and twice as heavy as the GHWT sticks, which are already twice as heavy as the Rockband sticks. remember, these drum kits are some of the the cheapest possible electronic drumming kits. the light sticks helps the sensors to NOT get the shit beat outta them. another thing to note is that these drum kits are teeny weeny sized, and the length of these sticks really makes playing the GHWT drum kit a little bit more difficult. unless you've been drumming for five years and have perfect hand coordination, you may find yourself catching the long sticks underneath the cymbals during faster songs. 2. the tip covers do absolutely nothing to buffer the sound on the GHWT kit since the pads are already softer. on the Rockband kit there really isn't much of a difference in sound. the covers are made of a hard foam, and they can only stay on the stick with a VERY SNUG fit. this required tension (to stay on) makes the foam rock hard. and that's why these tip covers don't really make a difference.
