A rhythm coach and song player functions to improve timing and add to the educational applications of this V-Drums kit. A USB port allows for connection of a smart phone, tablet or computer creating an opportunity to play-along to your favorite tracks. A free download is included of Melodics which is a lesson based software allowing the drummer to learn new beats and styles. A Trigger Input Jack is also available for kit expansion or integration into a hybrid set up.
