The Vic Firth Ian Grom M264 is a hard marimba mallet. The weight of this mallet has been a little reduced to balance out the hardness. Perfect as an upper registrar mallet it projects and sits nicely on top of the orchestration. High quality Birch handles are comfortable and straight.
