Nice balanced stick. I have been going back and forth between the Vic Firth Steve Gadd sticks (wood tip and nylon tip) and the Dave Weckl (wood tip and nylon tip). Both are excellent drumsticks and I like the barrel tip on both. The extra length on the Dave Weckl sticks is just enough and provides exceptional balance, rebound and reach. No issues here with the paint either, as I find for me it provides a better grip.

This is a good, balanced stick. It has a great sound on cymbals.
