I agree with the other reviewers regarding the cord. It just kills the resonance of the triangle. I went back to using my old Weiss brand wooden clip (with dual "nubby" cords like the Grover clips have).

The clip itself is great however the cord is too thick. It really kills the resonance of my Abel triangle. Also, one of the loops broke and I planned to replace it with fishing line. However, removing the cord is proving to be very difficult as two pieces of cord are stuffed into a hole that is too small and possibly glued there. Not user friendly in terms of cord replacement.

The clip itself is fine, but what ever cord they use completely kills the triangle. I would use something else with some different cord.

The clip is solid and well-built. The adjustable suspension wire is also a nice feature. However, the coated cable used for suspension completely kills at least half of the triangle's overtones. It turned by Abel into a Fisher Price!

Simple, strong, and they do exactly what you need them to do--I use them with my high school bands. Best triangle clips we've purchased.
