This is the Weiss White Gong, also know as a Double light gong. The White Gong is fully lathed like a Wind Gong but the main difference is that it has a slight lip to focus the sound. A slight incline on it's surface adds a descending glizz to the sound. Hit it just right and it produces a nice wash.
