My ankle bells arrive in good time in perfect shape. I have an old pair from 20 years ago and I love the sound of the bells of those. They resonate much longer and are a nice loud tone. The bells are attached by leather with room to move and swing giving it extra resonance and volume. Although the ones sent almost look exactly alike, the bells attach in a way that they don't hang freely and makes the bells closely touch each other and keep snug to the leather which muffles the sound. They are attached by something resembling plastic and keeps it still instead of loose. I know it's not the companies fault but I was very disappointed in the sound after paying with taxes and shipping almost $100. But maybe the feedback would be good to hear in rethinking how they are made.
