I swear by the Humes & Berg Tuxedo bags because I know I'm getting a superb quality bag with H&B. These never tear, the zippers last and the lining does not scratch my drums.

Humes and Burg are the best drum bags hands down and at a fair price. They have the thickest padding I have found to keep your drums safe. The construction is very tough. Very high quality zippers and straps. They really are the very best.

Tuxedo bags are high quality. I have one for each drum in a 5 piece set. Snare drum bag is fine quality for the price. It's well padded and a snug fit for a Tama 6.5x14 chrome snare.

A solid bag that works with pearl philharmonic

I recently bought a pearl philharmonic 13x4 snare and needed a bag for it. I one had a drum that I got a 13x3 bag in this brand, but was concerned the additonal depth would not be ideal. also the philharmonic strainer is a bit larger than other drums and so thought the 14 in size might accommodate the drum a little better than the 13 would. I had a 13x3 pearl piccolo converted before and the bag was tight for it.
the 14x4 bag is a good option for me as it keeps the drum safe, but since I am not traveling with it much, don't need the additional size/weight a hard case will add.
everything about the bag is nice and is H&B nicest soft case I think they make. It has a shoulder strap too! (also has a handle opposite side)
Zippers seem strong and stitching looks to be top quality.

For anyone considering a soft bag, or for that matter hard case, Humes & Berg is at the top of the list.
I've been using their soft bags for decades. Don't let the "soft" fool you. They're very protective and
very durable.
I have some going back 30+ years still in use today. I've been jobbing around town in all situations
and my drums are always protected by the Tuxedo bags. A small price to pay to protect your expensive
investments.
