I already have Galaxy for my other drum set bags and love them. I recently bought a Gretsch 10x7 rack tom to accompany my 12x8 tom. Maybe it's just Gretsch, but the hardware sticks out enough, that the 10" bag is a tight fit -- even on top. You might need to order the next size up, but these are strong bags so I'm not worried about it ripping due to the tight fit. A nd often a tight fit is better than a loose one. Good padding on the Galaxy series; good enough for drum set pieces. I use Hume & Berge's higher end lines for more delicate percussion.

Solid bags! No complaints

I bought Galaxy bags for all of the pieces of my 2021 Gretsch Catalina Club kit. These are great quality bags with solid handles, clean and simple design with good padding for storage stacking and gigging locally.
12x8 Rack Tom Bag: Fits the tom with the suspension rim mount bracket on which is nice. Makes it a little snug though.
14x14 Floor Tom bag: Floor Tom fits in well but the legs are too long to be stored in the bag with the drum.
16x16 Floor Tom Bag: Floor Tom fits in well, the legs are able to fit in the bag as well if disassembled but unless somehow secured or padded I wouldn't store them with the drum to avoid scratches/dings.

For the money, these are probably the best bags you can get. Look and feel to be well made and they fit well, even with my Gretsch Catalina mounts which are a bit bulky. While the toms didn't slip right in like butter, it wasn't difficult to get them in the bag (I got one for a 7x10 and one for an 8x12), and at this price there is nothing on the market that can touch them; I think they're great overall. One concern I had was when I took my bags out of the packaging, they seemed to have a pretty heavy solvent or glue smell to them, just like you get with any other instrument cases these days, but that wore off pretty quickly so it's no real issue. Shipping took a while (I think they were directly shipped from manufacturer or a warehouse) but the communication from Steve Weiss Music was incredible - great response, they seemed genuinely concerned -- overall just great customer service, so I'd buy again. Indeed, I plan on getting a 14x14 and an 14x18 bass bag soon so my whole kit will be protected. Now I just gotta get a gig to use them with! Oh, and they look really good too. Overall, it's a great value. I would not be able to afford bags of this quality if not for the Galaxy series. Don't hesitate to buy them!

I've used the old Tuxedo bags for years, playing 20-30 gigs a year, and never had an issue. My Galaxy bag which I've had for a few years just had a zipper failure. So, I'm replacing it with the more expensive regular bag. Worth it in the long run.

I bought a full set for my Sonor Safari. They do the job great. Fit is baggy, which at first I thought was bad, but I like it now. The drums feel protected in the car or stacked, and the handles are solid.
