Vic Firth Corpsmaster Signature Snare Drumsticks - Murray Gusseck

A heavyweight in the drum corps community, Murray Gusseck's signature stick was designed to produce a big sound while maintaining a light feel. Affectionately known as "M-Dawgs", they have a thick shaft and a medium-long taper to offer great balance...

Hello Murray

Comments:

Half the comments I get were reduced as soon as I used these sticks concerning my balance within the line. Must have

Superb Stick

Comments:

My first personal pair of marching sticks. Very durable and can produce a full sound from the tenor head; great alternative to the Ralph Hardimons, and waaaaay lighter than the Bill Bachmans. But by the same token, they aren't Hardimons or Bachmans. Great multi-purpose stick, every matching drummer should get one of these!

Some of my favorites

Comments:

These sticks are actually very light and at the same time beefy. I have been reading some the reviews for this stick, and people often complain about its weight and that quad players should look elsewhere. This is because these are SNARE sticks, not quad sticks. And even so, they are still great quad sticks, and theyy will last a while.

Really Thick stick

Comments:

This stick is really thick and really heavy. I would equate it to the weight of the dennis delucia stick except thicker. I would not recommend this stick, I would recommend a lighter pair for quad drumming.
