The earplugs are my favorite but don't use the case. These used to come in a great soft plastic squeezy case that kept my old plugs safe for years. When I re-ordered, they came in a different cheaper hard plastic box case that opened several times on its own (within the first week) and finally lost my earplugs in some parking lot. Vic Firth please bring back the old case!!!

I really like the Vic Firth High-fidelity Earplugs. I like that you save your ears from damage and still be able to hear the music around you.

These are comfortable and you will still hear everything very clearly without damaging your ears :)

These ear plugs are a must if you are an indoor performer, particularly in the percussive ensemble world. People highly underrate the hearing damage that can come from performing in a loud venue in general, so I bought these ear plugs. They were a great price, and arrived promptly even though the big box they came in wasn't what I expected. These refine your hearing and protect you.

The earplugs that arrived (quickly and within expected shipping timeframe) were not the ones in the picture - they are different. However, they work great to cut down on some volume of the band while still allowing me to hear pitch and musical details. In other words, what came wasn't what was advertised, but the earplugs that did come are great anyway and are serving exactly the purpose I wanted them to serve.
