Good Stand
Comments:
This stand is durable and inexpensive. The only issue is that it slowly drifts down with heavier drums, so get memory locks if you buy this.

Perfect for a student
Comments:
This is used by a 10 year old beginner. It is light weight yet sturdy and he can carry it to and from school on the bus. An excellent value for the price.

Decent, affordable stand
Comments:
This stand is good for it's price. The stand can accommodate players big and small. The construction is also built well. I have noticed, as well as some others, that the stand basket tilts to the side(not on the same axis as the joint). Its not significant enough to affect anyone's playing, it's just a bother that drum isn't level. There isn't a stand that I've used that can match its performance and price.

Good Quality, but crooked
Comments:
I bought this stand for my middle school band, and the construction is rock solid. However when the stand is setup it leans the drum to the side. I don't know if I got a bad one, but my students don't like using this stand because the drum isn't flat when it's on it.

New Favorite snare stand
Comments:
This is my new favorite "Go To" snare stand. Works for traditional grip on a Tall person, Matched grip on a short person and even goes low enough for drumset. Folds up small to save space in the case, and handles every snare drum situation. Great Stand!! I bought 2. Also HIGHLY Recommend the Steve Weiss Timpani throne.

Perfect
Comments:
As a high school senior building up their percussion equipment, I did not want to buy a new stand for $50, but I bought it and it is the best purchase I have every made. It holds the drum and does not rattle. It has not fallen over once.
Right now I'm using it to hold a tom for Engine Room by James Campbell.

great stand for the price
Comments:
For under $50, you won't find another concert snare stand that is lightweight yet very functional like this one. The parts are solid and easily adjustable. It's not rugged, as others have noted, but it is exactly what you need if you play concert or orchestral snare and don't want to pay $100+ for a stand. Highly recommended!

A very good value
Comments:
I give this stand 5 stars because it is exactly what I expected for $50. As a pit percussionist for musical theater my gear is generally not subjected to the same rigors as a club drummer's gear would be. I set my stuff up and two to four weeks later I tear it down repeat the process. This is a light weight stand and perfect for me and my needs. If you are hoping for tank-like sturdiness this is not for you. It's plenty tall enough and works just fine and for $50 it's a 5 star stand for me.

Great stand, at a reasonable price!
Comments:
This is a great concert height stand. The stand collapses very small, also, so it will work for short or tall snare players. This is exactly what I was looking for!
