My daughter decided she wanted to be in band this year.. But she didnt want to play anything but a drum. So the band director at her school sent home a list of stuff she would need. Tried to find it local but every place we tried they didnt have what we needed .. So we ordered it from steveweissmusic.com . They had everything instock and it was cheaper than the local places. Everything came in within a week and was packaged where nothing could get damaged. I was happy with my purchase.

This was purchased on recommendation from my daughter's band director and she really enjoys using it. It makes a portable (and quiet) option for her to practice.

I was looking for a pad I could just throw in my backpack and take to school. This is perfect. Smaller and quieter than a V3. Great buy for the price and my purpose.

I just ordered this yesterday and it came in the next day while I was at school. It is very light and you feel the similarity to a real marching snare. You can also hear every note you hit! I highly recommend this for any people who play snare for fun or for drum corps.

This pad is very nice when it comes to marching snare drummers. The pad is very well constructed and isn't as heavy as other pads, but it has the right amount of weight. The pad does give the simulation of a high tensioned marching snare which is great. It doesn't move around when you play on it or when it is on your lap. This pad is just the right size where it can fit into a back pack or a smaller bag. I have went through all kinds of pads searching for the right one and I believe this is the pad I have been searching for. This is the perfect pad for marching snare drummers.
