Great Heads

Comments:

Switched my groups from the Renaissance heads to these heads a few years ago. I have been happy with the quality of the product. Both groups are high school and the heads have retained tone and strength through harsh Colorado weather. I recommend these heads or the Renaissance heads.

Ruin to easily when wet

Comments:

Overall these heads are an okay choice for marching applications but beware, DO NOT LET THESE GET WET. It completely ruins the head and makes them extremely weak. Our tenor player has had to replace two heads because of this, and it is not worth the time or money to get these.

TERRIBLE

Comments:

these heads are absolutely TERRIBLE. when it rains, the heads get all out of wack and the sound is horrendous. these heads break easily and there are much better options out there, like the remo pinstripe or the evans mx black. or even the system blue evans. do not get these.

O.K , But Not Great

Comments:

These heads give an O.K sound, but it is duller than what I would have liked. I would recomend that you buy different heads if you want a bright sound.

Not a big fan

Comments:

These heads were OK, but the sound was a little too artificial, in my opinion. I switched to a different Evans head this year, and was very pleased.

Amazing

Comments:

I have heard many High school, College, Winter Drumlines, and Drum Corps play with multiple types of heads. These are by far the best sound you can get! Listen to the Bluecoats, they use these and it has perfect tonal quality and attack!
