Congratulations on being chosen as a Beginner Percussionist at Norman Junior High! Of the many students we had interested in percussion this year, you were chosen as part of a very selective group. We are very excited for your future musical endeavors, and the many great memories you will make with your classmates this year!

The following consists of the complete list of equipment you will use in 6th grade percussion class. Some of this material is required, and some is recommended. Please make sure to have all of the required materials prior to the first day of school and bring them with you to class. Purchasing this equipment is designed to help you be able to practice at home, participate fully in the class, and ultimately create the best possible learning experience for both you and your classmates.
