This cymbal is perfect addition to my cymbal collection. I purchased this cymbal for a perussion ensemble piece and it is perfect for this piece. Great sound and great price. Highly recommend this cymbal.
Absolutely perfect!

I've been trying to find a proper-sounding, thin Wuhan for many years and all the Wuhan- and Dream-branded ones I've tried have been too heavy, stiff, and "gongy". Then I remembered that the first Wuhan I ever purchased as a kid was from Steve Weiss. Lesson learned - I'll continue to buy these and may have to get a few extras to stockpile for the future. Well done!
Love it!!!

It's a great cymbal, but it's not really for me. I tried to let it grow on me but it didn't.
Nice!

This cymbal is very loud and explosive, great for metalcore genre. I gave it a 4 because it's a little to uncontrolled but still great Quality for the price. Oh, and a forgot to mention, this bad boy is not gonna crack on you, it's very durable.
Nice Instrument

Great value. I have both a 16" and 18" version. I will definitely be expanding our school's collection of these to include the other sizes. Great cymbal-immediate response, appropriate decay.

This is a great cymbal! It has a very bright tone, much nicer than models costing twice as much. If you roll the edge, you achieve a great gong effect too. This is a great value in cymbals. You won't be disappointed.

I own the 12", 14", 16", 18" and 20" Models of these, and they put my Zildjian 18" High China to SHAME!! The sound is perfect, the price is amazing, and they are just wonderful to have! They are stamped "made in wuhan china", so you know they are good!

WOW I blew out my China a week before a recording session and Steve Weiss Music totally helped me out by recommending this as a quick economic solution. It's totally worth it if you're on a tight budget and need a China NOW. The most important thing, the sound, will totally back you up.
PROS: affordable, tough, good sound flavor, good looking bright finish - lights love to bounce off it. For even more variety I've been doing swells on it with soft mallets.
CONS: short sustain, almost as short as a splash cymbal (you gotta be good at those swells to make 'em mashed-potatoey), a lot lower volume than my last China, which I used to use to command a room - however, the more subtle volume also means you can play it more & use it for rhythm patterns, so it kinda winds up being a plus.
Conclusion: my advice is if you're on the fence (cuz this is money you could save & use for a more expensive China), you might be wasting valuable drum time where you could have been using this and expressing yourself more correctly. I say go for it!

This cymbal is LOUD! Sounds even better than the low price its selling for.
