Very nice brushes, with a great sound and feel. The only negative is that they are very difficult to telescope in and out. I have learned to just keep mine out all the time, and put them in the original case each time I finish with them.

the handle release is beyond stiff. like pulling teeth to use. the little bends in the handle for positions are too large.... I would have gotten good old regal. but they were not available. these go to the junk drawer...

Always my go-to!

The Heritage brushes are truly the best.

Love it!

Love the metal pull rod sticking out at the bottom of the brush that allows for articulate cymbal sounds. The wires project nicely, even on my coated head that has only half the coating left on it.

These brushes have a great sound mainly in small jazz groups. I use them in a trio with bass and piano and they don't over power the trio but are still able to be heard. Definately a good quality brush and useful for players from beginning to professional levels.
