Hello, I can't really share my opinion about this purchase because I haven't got it yet. I understand because of the pandemic things are slowing down, however, I would've wanted Steve Weiss Music to have some sort of message on their website saying that they might have delays. I also got to say that when I talked to them regarding my purchase and its delay, they were so nice and respectful which tells me that they care about their customers. They actually told me that I could ask for reimbursement but I didn't just because they showed me that they care, so I want to support companies about music because I'm a musician and even more, when they showed me that they care.

I did extensive research on Snare and Bell Kit for my Middle School Daughter who was joining the school band for the first time. This kit had everything I was looking for the snare drum, practice pad, xylophone, stand, drum sticks, mallets and travel bag. I am the type of person who likes to see, touch and feel before I buy something. Since we are living through a pandemic I had to order online. I was really impressed with the whole kit especially the snare drum. I was worried it would sound tinny but it has a full high quality sound. The xylophone has a nice resonate sound. The price for this kit on the Steve Weiss Music site was great. I was kept informed of my order and when it would be delivered. They had it in stock and it was delivered quickly. I am very happy with this purchase and the Steve Weiss Music company.

We originally signed up to rent this set from a local music company beforehand re discovering the kit online. We decided to buy it and pay less than it would have cost us to rent from a less than stellar company. This is a quality set that was easy to order, arrived on time in great condition. The next time we need any kind of musical instruments this company will be our first stop.
Great set at a great price.

This is a great starter set. It was shipped promptly and arrived in a short period of time. The price was significantly less than our local music store for the same set. Would definitely buy this set and from Steve Weiss Music again.

The kit was exactly as described and about half the price of our local music store. The service at Steve Weiss is prompt and courteous and responded to my inquiry about when it would ship. The only suggestion I would make is to have some sort of tracking number sent out so that customers could verify that orders are in progress and when to expect them to arrive.
