Adrian Stefanescu Articulate Projection Sonoro Series Rattan Xylophone Mallets

Adrian Stefanescu Sonoro S2 mallets provide an excellent fundamental and have just a bit more edge than the S1 mallets, to help the sound travel clearly to the front over the louder orchestral passages. The elongated heads serve a double purpose: they provide the extra weight required for loud volume playing, as well as the providing the option to immediately change the sound by slightly bending the wrists and playing with the tips of the mallets' heads. They also carry a unique feel.

The ASP Professional Performance Wood Mallets are intended to be played
on instruments with wooden bars. Using these mallets on a fiberglass
keyboard will produce damage to the mallet heads much sooner than normal.
The hardness of our mallets' heads is carefully measured to offer reasonable
durability when used as recommended, as well as a certain level of
protection to the rosewood bars. In addition, the beauty of their sound
can only become evident on wooden keyboards.
