This ride has a beautiful tone and a light, cheerful ping that makes it ideal for jazz, country or light rock music. It has a very lively feel to it, more than I expected from a 22" cymbal, and is a pleasure to play. I researched and listened to many ride cymbals before deciding to purchase the Bliss 22" ride, to me it's sound quality was the clear winner.
