Drum Seeker bags have the best lining and protection, good zippers, lots of external storage, and tend to be designed for higher-end instruments that often are hard to find bags that fit. In my case, a Guinea-made Wala Drums brand Djembe. It's a tight fit for sure, and hard to get it out, but this is the only bag that fits these true West African style traditional Djembes, which flare at the bottom (almost as wide as at the top, with the rubber "wheel" added to the rim, which does not come off as it is welded/glued). Due to the shape of my Djembe, I only wish this bag had a vertical zipper like some other bags, to help get it out, as it takes a lot of strength and patience to slowly wiggle it through the narrowest part of the bag. If you have a factory made western-influenced Djembe, you may want the next size down from the one you think you need. Djembe bag stats can be tricky as Djembes themselves usually state their top diameter in non-linear terms, using a sewing ruler, to the edge of the overhang vs. the drum head itself. Not everyone follows this.
