Got this bag specifically for the SW bombo drum. Fits like a dream!
Humes and Berg famous quality goes into each and every model of the Humes and Berg Galaxy drum cases. The exquisite detail throughout the bag is very obvious. Starting with a tough nylon shell with half-inch interior padding prevents scuffs and scratches. Secondly a double-stitched zipper with durable steel teeth is built to last. The extra large zipper pulls are easy to find and grip in dark stage environments. Galaxy Bags are finished off the an essential included shoulder strap on select models frees up your hands to carry other gear.

So far these bags have served me well. I've been transporting my drums in them for the past six months or so and they are holding up very well. Plenty of padding and protection for my kit. My only issue with them is that the handles are very long. It seems like H&B were trying to cut corners by making a dual purpose handle/shoulder strap (although, I think the snare bag also came with a shoulder strap). I'm not very tall, so they drag on the ground if I carry them by the handle with my arms fully extended. To fix this, I folded the straps at each end and secured them with black electrical tape. I'd use the handles as shoulder straps, but the hard plastic hand grip is not very comfortable on my shoulder. I feels good in my hand though. I suggest H&B settle on either a handle or a strap (or both). I like the handle design of the bass drum bag. It has both the long handle, and two shorter handles (batter and resonant sides) so it can be carried sort of like a marching bass drum. Overall, these are very well made bags, and very affordable compared to others I've looked at. The extremely long handles were my only issue.
