These mallets are great to play out rhythms such as Beethoven No.7, and so many others. Highly recommended for everyone!

JGpercussion JP7 Joseph Pereira Timpani Mallets are made with a European layered design that features layers of leather and Viennese flannel. This model is made of an innovative combination of layers of leather and flannel.

All of the mallets in the Joseph Pereira Signature line are made from strong, hand-selected bamboo. Each pair is 15 inches long (38cm) with bamboo ranging between 11-13mm in diameter. Each mallet comes fitted with a European style handle grip.

Awesome, articulate mallets but be aware that they are quite light. They don't have any "chirpy" noise to them but can easily be maneuvered in fast sections.
Fantastic sound but fell apart

I absolutely love the sound of these mallets! They are articulate but not harsh. However, 1 of the screws came off during a rehearsal and some of the disks fell off. I was able to put it back together and can still use the mallet. I do recommend this mallet for sure. It is my favorite pair that I own.
