Highly recommended for anyone who wants to play thick, and short sound, but also soft sound at the same time. I have purchased two of them so far, and each pair gives me different feeling, but still very exciting!

As with everything I have purchased so far that Jason Ginter makes, these mallets are of the highest quality. Oberainger and Pereira mallets sound different, of course, and I won't even try to describe the difference. Maybe the Pereira mallets have a bit more bottom end...Plus, these are still quite new so.... their true voice has not appeared yet. The Pereira videos are pretty accurate while the Oberainger videos are poor quality sound so hard to go by.
