I had great help from Emily at Steve Weiss Music, both in making the selection and getting the vibes ordered. My emails were promptly answered, and the information provided was spot on. The Majestic arrived much sooner than I expected and was delivered on a pallet in a huge thick cardboard box. After 3 hours of unpacking and schlepping the parts down to my basement, I realized that this instrument was really substantial - especially compared to the 1930s Ludwig combo vibes I used to own. Assembly went well and the vibes sound great. It is a solid and beautiful sounding instrument, perfect for a serious student or amateur (like me). I like that it has features missing from similarly priced Yamaha models. I had a great experience with Steve Weiss and am very pleased with the Majestic Vibes.
