Fambrough-Medal of Honor-M

Medal of Honor by Gene Fambrough was composed for and is dedicated to all war veterans. This five octave marimba solo was inspired by the monuments in the Washington D. C. area. This four mallet solo would be effective in junior, senior, or graduate recitals. Medal of Honor runs approximately 13 minutes and challenges the range of technical skill by employing octave intervals, one handed rolls, and musical expression.
