I spent hours looking for some thing that would give me an acoustic instrument that at least gets close to the feel and nuance of a clapping sound. It came down to this $100 product and Istanbul's $450 clap stack. This $100 product absolutely hits the spot and I would highly recommend it if you're trying to acoustically add something to your set that gives the feel of a clap even though you'll never hit it perfectly acoustically.
