Super Service and Meinl A Go Go Bells

First, customer service was exceptional. I received the product ahead of schedule. UPS made an error in delivery and Steve Weiss customer service got on it right away and resolved the problem which was not due to Steve Weiss Company. Second, I love the a go go bells sound is good and as promised, the connector between bells is not rigid thus enabling me to get an extra beat by clicking the bells together. A+ overall rating. Thanks!
