This book is the perfect book to teach music educators how to play and each the various percussion instruments. My students love the explanations on how to play each of the instruments.

This book is a clear, thorough and no-nonsense manual for the non-percussionist music teacher. With descriptions and photos to go with them, you get exactly what you need. Use it as a compendium or for quick reference. I wish I had this when I was taking percussion methods. Worthwhile addition to your professional library. Best of all, it's a manageably sized book. Highly recommended!
